abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent electrode substrate manufacturing apparatus capable of stably forming a transparent conductive film having a small film thickness distribution on a substrate. A transparent electrode substrate manufacturing apparatus 100 according to the present invention uses a spray pyrolysis method on a transparent electrode substrate 110 in which a transparent conductive film 112 is provided on a film formation surface 111a of a base 111. An apparatus for forming the apparatus includes a discharge means 130 for spraying the raw material solution of the transparent conductive film 112 in a spray form, and a support means 120 placed on a position facing the discharge means 130 to place the substrate 111 thereon. A plurality of discharge means 130 (130a to 130d) are provided per material 111. For example, a configuration in which the ejection unit 130 is attached to the linear moving unit 140 is suitable.
