abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: There is a severe direction for carrier adhesion including improvement of process speed required for a process and increase in diameter of a photosensitive drum. Therefore, by forming a resin layer in which hematite, which is high resistance non-magnetic and inexpensive, is dispersed on the surface of the magnetic material dispersion type resin carrier, the resistance of the carrier is further increased and carrier adhesion is prevented. In a magnetic carrier particle and a two-component developer containing at least a binder resin and a magnetic metal oxide particle, the number average particle diameter of the magnetic carrier particle is 5 to 100 μm, and the specific resistance of the magnetic carrier particle is 25V. It is 5.0 × 10 13 Ωcm or more when a voltage of ˜500 V is applied, the magnetic carrier particle has a 1 kilo-Oersted magnetization intensity of 40 to 250 emu / cm 3 , and the magnetic carrier particle has a true specific gravity of 3.0 to 4. It is 9 g / cm 3 , and the Fe (II) content with respect to the eluted iron element concentration on the surface of the magnetic carrier particles is 0.001 to 5.0% by weight. [Selection] Figure 1 |
