abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic saturated norbornene-based resin composition, a thermoplastic saturated norbornene-based resin film, an optical film, and a polarizing plate that can obtain a resin film having excellent solvent resistance and chemical resistance and having both high physical properties and optical properties. A protective film, a polarizing plate, and a retardation compensation film are provided. SOLUTION: 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic saturated norbornene resin and 0.001 to oil repellent resin. A thermoplastic saturated norbornene-based resin composition characterized by containing 10 parts by weight. [Selection figure] None
