titleOfInvention | Production method of absorbent resin |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably producing a granular absorbent resin having a large average particle diameter and improved resin fixing property, particularly an absorbent resin excellent in blood absorption performance by a reverse phase suspension polymerization method. SOLUTION: A water-soluble compound having an ethylenically unsaturated bond in a hydrophobic organic solvent using a radical polymerization initiator in the presence of a triphosphate-based surfactant and, if necessary, an anionic surfactant. The present invention relates to a method for producing an absorbent resin by subjecting a monomer and, if necessary, a hydrophilic oligomer to water-in-oil type reverse phase suspension polymerization.
