titleOfInvention Biologically stable liquid composition of human-derived FVIII, vWF or FVIII / vWF complex
abstract A biologically stable liquid composition of human-derived FVIII or vWF or FVIII / vWF complex is provided. A biologically stable liquid composition of human-derived FVIII or vWF or FVIII / vWF complex, together with a metal chelator, a specific ligand and preferably a protease inhibitor, is human-derived FVIII or vWF or FVIII. Contains a concentrate of the / vWF complex, protects the activity of vWF, maintains a protective effect against FVIII, and improves the stability of the FVIII / vWF complex. The metal chelating agent is preferably EDTA, the ligand is preferably heparin, and the protease inhibitor concentration is preferably greater than 0.01 IU. [Selection figure] None
