titleOfInvention Nucleic acid separation method
abstract The present invention provides a method for separating nucleic acids that can be easily and inexpensively separated from nucleic acids. In a solution containing a binding nucleic acid and a non-binding nucleic acid, a complex capable of forming a complex with the binding nucleic acid and having a higher molecular weight than the nucleic acid is formed in an environment where the complex is formed. The binding nucleic acid-conjugate complex is separated by mixing and passing through the mixed solution through a filter. Further, the binding nucleic acid-conjugate complex is filtered under an environment where the binding nucleic acid and the conjugate dissociate. It was decided to dissociate the binding nucleic acid from the conjugate by permeation. [Selection] Figure 1
