titleOfInvention Method for recovering liquid chemicals at chemical manufacturing facilities
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover a liquid chemical remaining in each handling device of a chemical manufacturing facility, which can be recovered efficiently and safely without causing the chemical to leak out of the system. Provide a method of recovery. In a method for recovering a liquid chemical in a chemical production facility, the chemical is extracted from the bottom extraction pipes (14), (15), (16) and (17) of the handling facility, and these bottoms are extracted. The chemical is directly collected by its own weight in a common inclined collecting pipe (13) installed at a lower position than the outlet pipe and connected to the bottom extraction pipe, and is located lower than the inclined collecting pipe through the inclined collecting pipe (13). The chemicals are transferred by their own weight to a collection tank (1) installed at the bottom and connected to the lower end of the inclined collecting pipe. [Selection] Figure 1
