titleOfInvention Structure gap injection filler
abstract [PROBLEMS] A gap such as a crack that causes corrosion of a reinforcing bar and a neutralization phenomenon of concrete occurs due to drying shrinkage, thermal expansion, and behavior in sea, water, land, and underground structures. Further, the gap behaves further due to earthquakes, vibrations, etc. in the structure. Therefore, the injection filler that follows this behavior and prevents intrusion of spring water and rain water is provided. A first solution comprising one or two or more alkali metal silicate aqueous solutions in a gap between structures, an alkaline earth metal salt or hydroxide, a polyhydric alcohol, and one or two of sugars. A second solution composed of an aqueous solution containing more than seeds is prepared by stirring and mixing, and 10% to 40% by weight of an alkali metal silicate with respect to a total of 100% by weight of the first solution and the second solution. An injection filler containing 0.1% to 20% by weight of a salt or hydroxide of 0.1% to 20% by weight of one or more of polyhydric alcohols and saccharides, and follows the behavior of the gap in the structure. An injection filler having excellent elasticity and adhesion is provided. [Selection figure] None
