[PROBLEMS] To make a catalyst carrier from ceramic paper, an organic component such as pulp is required for processing into a single-wave laminated honeycomb shape, etc., but due to strength problems when firing in the processing step, The organic content ratio had to be small. However, there was a problem that the processability of the paper was poor when the organic content was small. A catalyst carrier having both strength and porosity can be obtained by impregnating a paper made of inorganic fiber, organic fiber, organic, and inorganic binder into a dispersion of an inorganic binder and an inorganic filler and baking the paper. In addition, it is possible to obtain a strong catalyst carrier filter by impregnating the honeycomb-like filter in which the paper is processed into a corrugated shape and a single-sided shaped product obtained by laminating flat paper and laminating the slurry into the slurry, and firing. The purpose is to enable even paper with many components. [Selection] Figure 2 |
