titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of solid electrolytic capacitor
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time for forming a conductive polymer layer and improve the conductivity of the obtained conductive polymer in a solid electrolytic capacitor using a conductive polymer as a solid electrolyte. A capacitor element in which a dielectric oxide film is formed on the surface of an anode body made of a valve action metal is immersed in a polymerizable monomer solution and then immersed in an aqueous oxidizer solution, whereby the surface of the dielectric oxide film is electrically conductive. In the method for producing a solid electrolytic capacitor that forms a solid electrolyte made of a conductive polymer, an aqueous solution in which ferric p-toluenesulfonate and sodium p-toluenesulfonate are dissolved is used as the aqueous oxidizing agent solution.
