titleOfInvention A transparent conductive sheet and a photosensitized solar cell using the same.
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive sheet having a high light transmittance and a low sheet resistance required for a dye-sensitized solar cell and chemically stable, and a photosensitized solar cell using the same. A transparent conductive sheet in which a transparent conductive thin film layer, a conductive mesh layer, and, if necessary, a gas barrier film are formed on a transparent substrate is used. At this time, the transparent conductive thin film layer and the conductive mesh layer are in contact with each other. 【effect】 Surprisingly, a transparent conductive sheet excellent in chemical stability in addition to light transmittance and conductivity was obtained by adopting a configuration in which the transparent conductive thin film layer and the conductive mesh layer were in contact with each other. Even if the porous titanium oxide layer is directly formed on the conductive mesh layer of the transparent conductive sheet or is brought into contact with the electrolytic solution, the deterioration is extremely small.
