titleOfInvention Radiation inspection equipment
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiological examination apparatus that has less intimidation, can improve energy resolution, and can improve diagnostic accuracy. SOLUTION: A bed 14 on which a subject H is placed, and first and second imaging devices 1 and 4 arranged along the longitudinal direction of the bed 14, the first imaging device 1 includes the subject H. A plurality of semiconductor radiation detectors 21 for detecting γ-rays emitted from the substrate 14 are disposed so as to surround the bed 14, and the second imaging device 4 includes an X-ray source 45 for irradiating the subject H with X-rays, A radiation detector 40 that detects X-rays from the X-ray source 45 that has passed through the specimen H, and the bed H is shared by the first imaging device 1 and the second imaging device 4. Is formed smaller than the second imaging device 4 and is disposed on the front side of the second imaging device 4 in the longitudinal direction of the bed 14. [Selection] Figure 2
