abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin inspection method for predicting skin stain formation. The present invention provides a skin test method for predicting skin blemishes formation. In this method, the expression of a polynucleotide capable of hybridizing to the MCP-2 gene in the epidermis, or the mouse AK012157 gene, the human FLJ21763 gene, or the rat S74257 gene under high stringency conditions is compared with that in a normal epidermis. When it is enhanced, it is judged that the skin is easily formed with a stain. [Selection] Figure 3
