titleOfInvention Method for measuring β-1,3-glucan or nucleic acid using factor G-based Limulus reaction
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new measurement system using a factor G-based Limulus reaction. SOLUTION: Two β-1,3-glucans obtained by bringing a β-1,3-glucan made into a single strand by dissolving in an aprotic solvent into contact with a single-stranded nucleic acid in water. A method for measuring β-1,3-glucan or nucleic acid, which comprises reacting a G-factor Limulus reagent with a triple helical structure complex consisting of a single strand of a strand and a nucleic acid. Measurement of β-1,3-glucan or nucleic acid (particularly mRNA) present in a trace amount in a biological sample can be performed simply and on the same principle. [Selection] Figure 7
