abstract | The present invention provides a polyester-based composite fiber that has both moisture absorption and water repellency, which are functions of wool. SOLUTION: A core polymer and a sheath polymer are formed by core-sheath composite spinning, and the core polymer is a polyester polymer containing a hygroscopic substance, and the sheath polymer is a polyester polymer containing a water repellent substance. Yes, the weight ratio of the sheath polymer to the core polymer is in the range of 90:10 to 10:90.
