titleOfInvention | Moisture curable resin composition and method for accelerating its curing |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To cure moisture-adhesive adhesives and sealants by sucking internal moisture, moisture on an adherend or moisture on the adherend, and the adherend is nonporous such as metal or tile. In the case of a material containing no moisture, there is a problem that the curing time becomes long, and when the coating thickness is thick, the deep part is not cured. The moisture curable composition according to the present invention comprises a modified silicone polymer having an alkoxysilyl group at the end, a curing catalyst, and a zeolite, and is prepared by induction heating such as microwave or high frequency. Accordingly, the water adsorbed in the zeolite can be released to the outside, and the curing can proceed promptly. For this reason, even when the adherend is non-porous and does not contain moisture, or when the coating thickness is thick, it can be quickly cured, and therefore, operations such as bonding and sealing can be performed quickly.
