abstract | [PROBLEMS] A dormant type that has a completely different concept from conventional freshness-preserving agents and can suppress the metabolic reaction in the plant body and delay the flowering speed, thereby maintaining the color of the petals most beautifully over a long period of time. Provide a freshness-preserving agent. SOLUTION: It contains 0.01 to 1.5 ppm of 6-benzylaminopurine and 50 to 500 ppm of potassium alum, and preferably contains an effective amount of sugar such as fructose and trehalose, and a fragrance having an aromatherapy effect such as a herb fragrance. It is a cut flower freshness-preserving agent characterized in that it comprises an aqueous solution containing silver salt, and the silver salt does not need to be added or a small amount is sufficient if added.
