titleOfInvention Fluorine resin-coated precoated metal plate with excellent antifouling properties
abstract [PROBLEMS] A precoat material in which a resin coating layer is provided on a metal plate is an environmentally friendly material that can prevent environmental pollution caused by application of the resin coating layer to the user. Usually, the precoat material is a phosphoric acid between the resin coating layer and the metal plate. Reactive chemical conversion coatings such as chromate coatings are used, but this chemical conversion coating itself has excellent adhesion to metal plates, but has difficulty in weather resistance and bending workability, and also has excellent antifouling properties and weather resistance. There is a problem that the adhesiveness with the resin is not good and peeling at the interface is likely to occur. A metal plate having a fluororesin coating layer on a surface thereof, the first chemical conversion coating having excellent adhesion to the metal plate is provided on the surface of the metal plate, and the first chemical conversion coating is provided on the surface of the first chemical conversion coating. Characterized by comprising a second chemical conversion film having excellent adhesion between the chemical conversion film and the fluororesin coating layer, and having a thermosetting fluororesin coating layer on the surface of the second chemical film. Fluorine resin pre-coated metal plate. [Selection figure] None
