abstract | 【Task】 Provided are a method for producing a ceramic green sheet having sinterability on which a circuit pattern is formed, and a method for producing a multilayer ceramic substrate on which a circuit is formed, using the ceramic green sheet having sinterability. [Solution] This is a method of forming a circuit using a conductive paste. First, a heat-dissipating resin layer is provided on a ceramic green sheet having sinterability, and then a part of the heat-dissipating resin layer (that is, a part for forming a circuit) is heated. A method for producing a ceramic green sheet having sinterability in which a heat-dissipating resin is eliminated to form a narrower groove than the screen printing pattern, and the circuit pattern is formed by filling the groove with a conductive pace. Furthermore, a method of manufacturing a multilayer ceramic substrate in which a plurality of sinterable green sheets on which circuits are formed are stacked and then fired to form a circuit.
