abstract | 【Task】 The subject of this invention makes it a subject to provide the manufacturing method of the multilayer insulated wire which has the coating effect equivalent to enamel coating, is thin (5 micrometers or less), and has favorable solder processability. [Solution] The above-described problem is a multilayer insulation in which a coating layer made of a urethane resin is formed on the outer periphery of a conductor, and at least a first insulating layer, a second insulating layer, and a third insulating layer are sequentially formed on the outer periphery of the coating layer by extrusion coating. In the method for producing an electric wire, the problem is solved by the method for producing a multilayer insulated wire, wherein the means for forming the coating layer is electrodeposition.
