Provided is a hologram recording method capable of shortening the recording time and preventing variations in diffraction efficiency regardless of the multiplicity when data of a plurality of pages is multiplexed. When multiple pages of data are recorded in multiples, the exposure time of each page is changed so that the diffraction efficiencies of the holograms of multiple pages are equal, and the exposure time of the hologram of the last page to be recorded is set to multiplicity. Therefore, even with data having different multiplicity, the diffraction efficiencies of the holograms of the respective pages are equal, and variations in diffraction efficiency are prevented. Further, since the exposure time of the hologram of the last page is constant regardless of the multiplicity, the recording time can be shortened. [Selection figure] None |
