titleOfInvention | MOX fuel assembly |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to reduce manufacturing cost per unit fuel assembly while reducing local output peaking. A water rod 14 is arranged in a substantially central region of an n-row n-column square lattice arrangement, a fuel rod 12 is composed of a fuel rod having a normal active fuel length and a short fuel rod, and a square lattice arrangement. The uranium fuel rods 12 (fuel numbers 1 to 4) are arranged in the outermost peripheral layer of the four corner positions of the second layer in the region including the second layer from the outermost peripheral layer in a square lattice array. Uranium fuel rods 12 (fuel numbers 1 and G1) are disposed in the same position, and the uranium fuel rods 12 (fuel numbers G1) containing flammable poisons are the same in plutonium enrichment as the remaining positions. A plurality of MOX fuel rods 12 (fuel number P1) are arranged. [Selection] Figure 2 |
