titleOfInvention | Multi-axis drive device for transmission belt |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To suppress slippage and vibration (string vibration) of a transmission belt due to large torque fluctuations generated due to fluctuations in engine rotation in a multi-axis drive device, and to suppress sound generation associated therewith, and further improve dimensional stability and belt life. An object of the present invention is to provide a multi-axis drive device for a transmission belt that maintains the above. A drive shaft 11 that is a crankshaft of an engine and at least one of driven shafts 12, 14, and 16 are provided with a generator having a large rotational inertia, and these drive shaft 11 and driven shafts 12, 14, and 16 are provided. A transmission belt multi-axis drive device 10 in which a V-ribbed belt 1 is attached to pulleys 18, 19, 20, and 21 attached to the compression belt, and the transmission belt includes a stretching portion 2 and a plurality of ribs 7 extending in the circumferential direction of the belt. A V-ribbed belt 1 in which a core wire 4 is interposed along the longitudinal direction of the belt between the portion 6 and has a rib of 100 to 250 N / rib as a tensile force necessary to extend the belt by 2%.
