Method for producing cellulose acylate dispersion and swelling liquid, dope and solution film forming method using the dope |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dope with suppressed generation of aggregates. A solvent and TAC particles are continuously charged into a disperser 20 from a solvent tank 11 and a hopper 15. When shear is applied to the solvent and the TAC particles at the shearing portion 22, the TAC particles are dispersed in the solvent. Transfer the dispersion to the mixer 30 within 1 minute. In the mixer 30, the dispersion is further sheared to swell the TAC particles in the solvent within 1 minute. The swelling liquid is subjected to shearing and is continuously fed so that no agglomerates are formed. No agglomerates are observed in the dope produced from the swelling liquid using the dope producing machine 35. A film produced by the film-forming facility 50 using the dope has no bright spot defect and is excellent in optical characteristics. [Selection] Figure 1 |
