titleOfInvention | Eco cement composition |
abstract | 【Task】 Provided is an ecocement composition having high initial strength, particularly high strength at the time of demolding. [Solution] A cement composition comprising ecocement and lithium sulfate. Eco-cement is a cement composition produced by using 500 kg or more of ash generated when incineration of municipal waste per ton of the cement on a dry basis. A cement composition, wherein the ecocement is a normal ecocement having a chloride ion content of 0.1% or less of the cement weight. A cement composition, wherein the ecocement is a quick-hardening ecocement having a chloride ion content of 0.5 to 1.5% of the cement weight. A cement composition having a lithium sulfate content of 0.01 to 5% by weight based on the cement weight. A cement composition further comprising a water reducing agent in the range of 0.1 to 5% by weight based on the cement weight. A method for producing a hardened cement body, comprising pouring a cement composition into a mold and taking out the hardened body made of the cement composition from the mold after steam curing at 50 to 90 ° C.
