titleOfInvention Production method of polyester film
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyester film excellent in mechanical properties, capable of being bonded to a metal plate, and excellent in design properties that does not whiten even if the film is heat-treated near or above the melting point. SOLUTION: A polyester (A) having ethylene terephthalate as a main constituent and a reduced viscosity of 0.55 to 0.80, and a crystalline polyester different from the polyester (A), wherein the reduced viscosity is 0.80. The polyester (B) of ˜2.20 is melted separately, and the melt of the polyester (A) and the melt of the polyester (B) are mixed using a single screw extruder, a twin screw extruder, a dynamic mixer or a static mixer. A method for producing a polyester film, comprising mixing at a mixing ratio (A / B) of 10 to 70% by weight / 90 to 30% by weight, and forming the resulting mixture into a film.
