Organic substance-immobilized structure and production method thereof, peptide and DNA |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize an organic substance, particularly a biological substance on the surface of the base material in an orientation suitable for exerting physiological functions of the biological substance, particularly when the biological substance is immobilized on the surface of the base substance. Provided are an organic substance immobilization structure that employs a novel immobilization means that can be immobilized, and a manufacturing method that uses the novel immobilization means. At least a part of the surface of the substrate is a surface constituted by one or more members containing silicon oxide, and at least one or more of the organic substances fixed to the surface of the substrate is connected to the organic substances. An organic substance-immobilized structure formed by binding at least a part of the binding domain to the substrate surface via a binding domain comprising a peptide having affinity for silicon oxide consisting of the amino acid of .
