Nucleic acid separation and purification method |
abstract |
The present invention provides an extraction method that is highly pure, quick, simple, and automated in order to facilitate nucleic acid analysis with high accuracy in an array method. A sample solution containing nucleic acid is injected into one opening of a nucleic acid separation / purification cartridge containing a nucleic acid-adsorbing solid phase through which the solution can pass by pressure difference, and the inside of the nucleic acid separation / purification cartridge is added. A step of adsorbing nucleic acid in the nucleic acid-adsorbing porous membrane by passing the sample solution containing the nucleic acid injected under pressure through the nucleic acid-adsorbing porous membrane and discharging from the other opening of the nucleic acid separation and purification cartridge, A cleaning solution is injected into the cartridge and passed through the porous membrane under pressure, thereby washing the nucleic acid adsorbed, and then a recovery solution is injected and passed through the porous membrane and discharged from the other openings. The nucleic acid separated and purified by the separation and purification method, including the step of desorbing the nucleic acid from the porous membrane and discharging it to the outside of the nucleic acid separation and purification cartridge container.
