titleOfInvention | Cleaning pad and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | A foam sheet that is manufactured by using an extraction method, has a small and uniform cell diameter and can exhibit flexibility due to required elasticity, and abrasive and binder components having the required particle diameter and hardness, By manufacturing a cleaning pad consisting of a coating layer formed on a foam sheet, the probe pin for measuring the conductivity used for an in-circuit tester or the like is not excessively worn and the probe pin is used. Provided are a cleaning pad capable of removing attached deposits and a method of manufacturing the cleaning pad. In a cleaning pad in which probe pins of various testers are brought into contact with each other to remove deposits from a tip portion thereof, a foam sheet made of a thermoplastic resin and having a cell diameter set to 30 to 100 μm or less is used. And a coating layer 14 formed on at least one surface of the foam sheet 12 and having an old Mohs hardness set in the range of 7-9. [Selection] Figure 1 |
