titleOfInvention Oxygen pump
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide an oxygen pump that suppresses gas leakage from a lead-out portion of a lead wire and improves the airtightness of an internal space. A lead wire is drawn out to only one side of an oxygen ion conductive substrate and the other is omitted. As a result, since the lead-out portion of the lead wire 4 is only on one side with respect to the oxygen ion conductive substrate 2, gas leakage from the lead-out portion of the lead wire 4 can be suppressed.
