titleOfInvention | Thermoplastic resin molding for painting |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin molded product for coating which is small in deformation (warp, sink, dent, etc.) of a molded product after heat drying (baking) in a coating process and excellent in impact resistance, moldability and conductivity. To provide. (A) Component: 20 to 95% by weight of crystalline thermoplastic resin, (B) component: 1 to 80% by weight of one or more resins selected from amorphous thermoplastic resins and elastomers, and (C) ) Component: A thermoplastic resin molded article for coating, which comprises 0.01 to 20% by weight of a conductive agent and whose melting energy by DSC satisfies the following two conditions. (1) The difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of melting energy measured for samples cut out from 5 or more different parts of the pre-painted molded product shall be 30% or less of the minimum value. (2) The difference between the melting energy value measured at the site where the melting energy value of the molded product before painting and the melting energy value of the molded product after painting are the maximum, , 20% or less of the maximum melting energy of the molded product before painting.
