titleOfInvention | Powdered photocurable resin composition and method for producing the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular photocurable resin composition capable of forming a coating film excellent in surface smoothness and appearance characteristics and having high storage stability or blocking resistance. SOLUTION: A powdery photocurable resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a photopolymerizable resin granular material containing a photocurable resin (such as a polyester resin) having a low glass transition temperature and a photopolymerization initiator, and an average particle It is composed of 0.01 to 1 part by weight of a particulate blocking inhibitor (silicon-containing inorganic fine particles such as silica) composed of primary particles having a diameter of 5 to 100 nm and, if necessary, a colorant. The photocurable resin may be a resin composition of amorphous resin / crystalline resin = 50/50 to 99/1. The usage-amount of a photoinitiator is 0.1-10 weight part with respect to 100 weight part of photocurable resins. The volume average particle size of the photopolymerizable resin particles is 5 to 50 μm, and the standard deviation of the particle size distribution is 20 μm or less. A powdery composition is coated on a porous substrate, heated, and irradiated with light to form a cured coating film having high surface smoothness. [Selection figure] None |
