Purification method of D-type botulinum neurotoxin |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for purifying non-nick D-type botulinum neurotoxin. Non-nick type D botulinum toxin complex is subjected to gel filtration under a salt concentration corresponding to 0.15 to 0.8 M NaCl and pH 7.8 to 11, and separated into a D type botulinum nerve. A method for purifying a D-type botulinum neurotoxin comprising recovering a toxin, a D-type botulinum neurotoxin obtained by this purification method, and a pharmaceutical comprising the D-type botulinum neurotoxin as an active ingredient.
