abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition for sandblasting which is excellent in alkali developability and resolution, excellent in adhesion to a substrate, excellent in sandblasting resistance and image sharpness, and easy to fine processing. To provide. SOLUTION: An alkali-soluble polymer compound of 20% by mass to 80% by mass and an ethylenically unsaturated addition polymerizable monomer of 5% by mass to 50% by mass and a bisacylphosphine oxide compound 0.1 as a photopolymerizable initiator. 10% by mass of urethane prepolymer obtained from a compound having a mass% of 10% by mass and having a hydroxyl group at the terminal, a polyisocyanate, and a compound having an active hydrogen-containing functional group and an ethylenically unsaturated bond at the same time.
