titleOfInvention Porous resin sheet and manufacturing method thereof
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a porous resin sheet having open cells, which can be easily produced without using a large amount of an organic solvent. SOLUTION: A filler such as calcium carbonate surface-treated with a hydrophilic polyhydric alcohol such as polypropylene glycol is mixed with a thermoplastic polymer such as polyethylene resin to form a sheet, and the sheet is passed through a roll and rolled. Then, it is obtained by being immersed in an acid aqueous solution such as hydrochloric acid to dissolve and remove the filler inside the sheet. [Selection] Figure 1
