PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the production of a three-dimensional cell conjugate that enables regeneration of cartilage tissue in vivo and in vitro for the treatment of cartilage damage more practical on the premise of industrialization. It is an important issue to find a non-protein cartilage inducing factor that replaces such a protein factor, in particular, a non-protein cartilage inducing factor capable of promoting the creation of cartilage tissue. SOLUTION: Chondrocytes, progenitor cells, mesenchymal stem cells or in vivo cells cultured in vitro are reduced in vivo or in vitro with reduced coenzyme Q10 or oxidized coenzyme Q10, or with these cells. By developing a method for inducing differentiation into chondrocytes in a three-dimensional culture environment containing a mixture and a method for producing a three-dimensional cell conjugate that enables regeneration of cartilage tissue in vivo and in vitro by the same method, The above problem can be solved.
