titleOfInvention Membrane separation apparatus, membrane separation method and membrane reactor using electromagnetic wave
abstract To improve the separation efficiency of molecular species to be separated. A membrane separation apparatus 100 using an electromagnetic wave has a separation membrane module 10 having a separation membrane 22 that can permeate at least one or more kinds of separated molecular species from a group of at least two or more kinds of separated molecules. And an electromagnetic wave irradiation device 20 comprising a decompression chamber including an electromagnetic wave irradiation source capable of changing an irradiation wavelength according to a transmission molecular species that irradiates the separation membrane 22 with electromagnetic waves and selectively transmits the separation membrane 22, and at least 2 A storage tank 12 in which a liquid or fluid containing a group of species to be separated or more is stored, and the liquid or fluid is supplied from the storage tank 12 onto the separation membrane 22 in the electromagnetic wave irradiation device 20 and on the separation membrane 22 A circulation line 30 for collecting the remaining separated molecular species in the storage tank 12, and further collecting the permeated molecular species that have permeated the separation membrane 22. Min collecting device 50a, 50b is provided. [Selection] Figure 1
