Stem cell labeling method, separation method, activity control method, and skin tissue preparation method |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for labeling and separating stem cells with excellent specificity, and a method for producing skin tissue using the labeling method and / or the separation method. It is found that skin stem cells specifically have an antigen that binds to an antibody contained in an antiserum prepared using a sensitizing antigen containing the full-length or partial peptide of FHF-2, and this is used as a marker for the skin. We have found that stem cells can be labeled and separated. The stem cell labeling method according to the present invention is a method for labeling an antigen recognized by an antiserum prepared using a sensitized antigen containing the full-length or partial peptide of FHF-2.
