titleOfInvention Chimney cleaning and dismantling equipment
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chimney cleaning / dismantling device for cleaning the inside of a chimney and disassembling the inner cylinder in the disassembly of the inner / outer dual structure having an inner wall as a heat-resistant wall inside the outer cylinder. SOLUTION: A chimney cleaning and disassembling device 43 is suspended in an inner cylinder 13 standing upright with a gap 12 inside the outer cylinder 11 so as to be movable up and down. The chimney cleaning and disassembling apparatus 43 includes a position-holding expansion / contraction mechanism 54 that holds the position by pressing the inner wall surface of the chimney, an inner cylinder crushing expansion / contraction mechanism 59 that holds the edge of the inner cylinder 13, and an edge of the inner cylinder 13. A lower contact expansion / contraction mechanism 62 that contacts the inner wall surface of the inner cylinder 13 on the lower side by a predetermined amount from the section, and a cleaning nozzle 47 that flushes the chimney from the inside. The inner cylinder 13 is destroyed by a predetermined amount by contracting the inner cylinder crushing expansion / contraction mechanism 59 in a state where the lower contact expansion / contraction mechanism 62 is extended.
