The present invention develops an active energy ray-curable composition which forms a cured product layer having excellent surface hardness, flexibility and transparency, and has a low cure shrinkage during polymerization. (A1) A urethane (meth) acrylate (A) obtained by reacting a polycarbonate diol, (a2) a diisocyanate compound and (a3) a hydroxyl group-containing (meth) acrylic ester, Urethane di (meth) acrylate (B) represented by the following general formula (I), [Chemical 1] (R 1 represents a diisocyanate residue, R 2 represents an alkylene group, R 3 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group) and an activity containing (meth) acrylic acid ester (C) other than (A) and (B) above.
