abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package capable of preventing mold from being generated in a half-baked confectionery and maintaining the shelf-life of the half-baked confectionery for a long time even when a seal failure or pinhole occurs in the package of the half-baked confectionery. The half confectionery package 60 has a water activity of 0.60 to 0.90 and a half confectionery to which ethanol is added and is wrapped with a film. A paper container 40 for storing the grain package and an overwrap packaging film 50 with a small amount of ethanol permeation for packaging the entire paper container are provided, and the paper container 40 is impregnated with ethanol.
