titleOfInvention Oil-encapsulated capsule dispersion composition
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capsule-containing composition in which the particle size of the capsule is easily controlled, and there is no exudation of the inner oil phase, the thickening of the outer aqueous phase, the coalescence of the capsule, etc., and the stability over time is good. I will provide a. SOLUTION A dispersion obtained by dispersing an aluminum salt, calcium salt or magnesium salt of an esterified product of starch or a hydrolyzate thereof and alkenyl succinic acid in an oil, and then adding water is used. To obtain an oil-encapsulated capsule dispersion composition, it is easy to control the particle size of the capsule, and there is no leaching of the inner oil phase, thickening of the outer aqueous phase, or coalescence of the capsule over time. A capsule-containing composition having good stability could be obtained. [Selection figure] None
