abstract | An acrylic sheet excellent in flexibility, elongation and strength and following a three-dimensional curved surface without using a soft vinyl chloride resin itself and a plasticizer contained in the soft vinyl chloride resin. And a method of manufacturing the same. An acrylic sheet of the present invention comprises (a) a monomer mixture mainly composed of isobornyl acrylate, (b) an acrylic polymer mainly composed of isobornyl acrylate, and (c) an isocyanate compound. It is obtained by applying a polymerizable acrylic composition containing a specific amount of (d) silica particles and (e) a peroxide-based thermal polymerization initiator on a support, and subjecting it to hot block polymerization.
