A packing cushioning material 10 in which a film layer 12 is bonded to a cell layer 14 in which a plurality of protrusions 16 are formed, and the film layer 12 and / or the cell layer 14 are (A) density, melt flow. 40 to 100% by mass of ethylene (co) polymer having a specific relationship between rate and molecular weight distribution in a specific range, elution temperature and density determined by continuous temperature rising elution fractionation, and (B) density of 0.93 to 0.96 g / Cm 3 , 0-30% by mass of linear low density or high density polyethylene with a melt flow rate of 0.1-10 g / 10 min, and (C) a high pressure radical method with a melt flow rate of 0.1-10 g / 10 min.
