PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate unneeded discharges and bends in a cleaning apparatus using a cleaning liquid and a brush that do not contain a surfactant, because unnecessary substances cannot be completely removed. In a state where a nozzle surface Na of a head 14 is capped by a cap 41, a cleaning liquid 60 containing a surfactant is sprayed onto the nozzle surface Na from a cleaning liquid spray 42, and then the nozzle surface Na is cleaned with a brush 55. Thus, the agglomerates are dispersed by the action of the surfactant contained in the cleaning liquid 60 to improve the peelability between the agglomerates and the nozzle surface Na, and are removed by brushing with the brush 55.
