abstract |
[PROBLEMS] A low friction coefficient of a contact portion, excellent durability of a processing jig itself, particularly excellent wear resistance, a problem that a workpiece is baked on a processing jig during extrusion molding, and a product surface is roughened. To provide a cold drawing jig that does not occur and a lubricating oil composition used therefor. A hard carbon thin film having a surface roughness of R max of 1.0 μm and a film thickness of 0.2 to 2 μm and a surface hardness of Knoop hardness of 1500 to 4500 kg / mm 2 is disposed thereon. This is a cold drawing jig. It is lubricated in the drawing part of a cold drawing jig and contains 0.05 to 3.0% of fatty acid ester ashless friction modifier and aliphatic amine ashless friction modifier based on the total amount of the composition.
