titleOfInvention | Processing method of collected ash of two-stage series dust collector |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently treat fly ash generated from a two-stage series dust collector with a small amount of a heavy metal fixing agent without requiring a special device or requiring complicated control. The elution of heavy metals from the treated material is surely prevented. SOLUTION: The exhaust gas generated from an incinerator or melting furnace is passed through a first dust collector 2 of a dust collector arranged in two stages in series to collect fly ash, and then the slaked lime 5 is converted into the exhaust gas discharged from the first dust collector 2. In the two-stage series dust collector that collects fly ash through the second dust collector 4 after spraying, the mixed ash of the first dust collector collection ash and the second dust collector collection ash with the phosphate heavy metal fixing agent 13 and A chelate heavy metal fixing agent 14 is added and treated.
