abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board and a circuit board capable of preventing the thin film from being multilayered and suppressing the increase in the number of manufacturing steps of the circuit board and the cost. In a TFT array substrate, a gate wiring is formed of a silver alloy containing silver as a main material and containing indium. Plasma resistance of a terminal portion of the gate wiring is higher than that of other parts of the gate wiring. The content of indium with respect to silver is adjusted so as to be higher.
