PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light reflector that is thin and has high reflectivity and good workability, productivity, and moldability. SOLUTION: It contains an acid generator that generates an acid by the action of active energy rays or a base generator that generates a base, and further decomposes and desorbs one or more low-boiling volatile substances by reacting with the acid or base. The light reflector obtained by making it foam from the foamable composition containing the compound which has a decomposition foamable functional group to separate. The average diameter of the fine bubbles is preferably 0.005 to 10 μm, the bubble rate is preferably 5 to 90%, and the thickness of the reflector is preferably 10 to 500 μm.
