abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic substrate suitably used for a transparent conductive film laminate having high transparency and conductivity and having high rigidity and toughness even though it is thin and excellent in productivity. SOLUTION: The glass transition temperature is 260 ° C. or higher, the light transmittance at a light wavelength of 400 nm is 60% or higher, and the light transmittance at all light wavelengths at 450 nm to 700 nm is 80% or higher.
